"People" is a blanket term for many different types of jobs. For the benefit of employers and job seekers alike, we have set specific criteria for types of jobs that belong on People Jobs
Postings must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Open roles MUST be related to HR & HR technology, talent acquisition, recruiting, People operations & analytics, diversity & inclusion, or workforce planning.
- Open roles MUST require at least 5 years of experience. No entry level positions.
- Open roles MUST be recent. Any postings over one month old will not be allowed, unless they have been reviewed by the People jobs team.
If a posting does not adhere to these guidelines, it may be subject to removal.
