About the Team

Using the Zoom platform the in-house TA team works hard to provide global remote recruiting to all departments, from tech to revenue to corporate. We want to blaze the trail, figuring out how to virtually assess candidates from every corner of the globe fairly. About the Role

Zoom's Americas Head of Talent Acquisition will be a leader and strategist who partners with peers across the People Experience (PX) and business Leadership Teams to provide talent in the region. You will lead a regional team of Recruiting Leaders and Recruiting Partners, with matrixed relationships with Talent Branding, Talent Operations and Data Analytics.

You will empower your team to translate our needs and delivering outcomes following Zooms goals. You will do this by demonstrating imagination, innovation, determination, and pace.You can work in an Agile environment, understanding the needs of different markets, and departments, such as technology, sales, marketing and product, and ensuring that our talent acquisition strategy, resourcing models and approaches are able to pivot to ensure we employ qualified candidates in the region.

About You

  • Establish relationships with Zooms regional Executive Leadership Teams.
  • Develop a Talent Acquisition Strategy in partnership with your team, the business, and the People Experience team, which is scalable and in tune with the Americas markets.
  • Create inclusive talent acquisition strategies, having a focus on Diversity & Inclusion across all our roles and markets in the region.
  • Evolve structure and foundational frameworks to move Talent Acquisition to best in class.
  • Bring expertise and fresh ideas from industry, with a heightened awareness of competition and strategy
  • Participate in regional strategic discussions, bringing a talent and DEI perspective to the table
  • Review and refine processes - embrace lean operations and continuous improvement.
  • We hire talent regardless of location - you will need to ensure Zoom stays ahead of the curve, in a remote, distributed environment
  • Be tech savvy such that you can contribute to our overall Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, ensuring we don't compromise on data quality, process flow and compliance
  • Build business cases for investment in tools, marketing, or resources based on a talent acquisition strategy and Return on investment
  • Use recruitment data and analytics to provide our business with real-time insights
  • Help continue to evolve our global employer brand proposition in partnership with our employer brand team
  • Guide vendor management relationships
  • Lead, motivate and line manage your team to meet their goals

We are looking for a leader with:

  • 10+ years in TA leadership role
  • Experience in high-growth organizations, ideally with a global footprint
  • Expertise as a true talent ambassador to the business.
  • The ability to develop creative recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep strength in partner management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels
  • Someone who will push the boundaries and look for new imaginative strategies to ensure we reach and acquire great talent.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, using data to guide planning and execution, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to a complex landscape
  • Experience working with Workday would be an advantage.
  • Someone who is a true champion of their team, who looks for opportunities to help them develop.
