Help Us Shape the Future of Healthcare

At League, we’re big on building connections - both through our product and with each other. Our platform is consumer centric, personalized and always on. It’s a front door to healthcare that empowers people to live healthier, happier lives. Every day.

When you feel connected to our mission, values and the work you do, you’re driven to perform your best every day. When you feel connected to people you work with, you’re able to build meaningful relationships that last. Together, we share the ultimate goal of delivering better health outcomes for everyone.

The world has changed, and so has the way we work. We believe you can work where you work best (whether it’s in the office all the time, a few days a week, or none of the time), and still feel connected to our mission, values, purpose, and each other. League is headquartered in Toronto with a second office in Chicago and we believe in empowering Leaguers to work their way—anywhere that works for them in Canada and the US.

All Leaguers have League life moments – moments in our careers that connect us to League’s mission and values, to each other and to our amazing work – every day.

Will your first League life moment be meeting our team? We can’t wait to meet you.

Position Summary:

This year we are expecting to double the size of our team and 10x our member base, so we're scaling the People & Culture team to match and support this incredible growth. Joining at this exciting stage of our journey, you will be the first People Partner dedicated to the Go-to-Market organizations and will be able to make an impact directly with the team as they embark on the fastest and most critical growth stage yet.

You will be stepping into a People Partner role. We'll be looking for you to bring your knowledge of all things people-related and pair it with a deep understanding of our business objectives to form a strong strategic partnership with the leaders and managers you will be supporting.

In this role, you will:

  • Embed yourself in the sales and operations teams and build an understanding of their business objectives, challenges and people needs to become the trusted partner of the business unit.
  • Start to collect information and current status on how to drive the US Connection strategy.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to design and implement sales compensation plans to ensure plans are driving the right behaviors and payouts are aligned with Leagues values.
  • Integrate inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in all of our programs and processes.
  • Implement transparent career frameworks and career plans for the sales teams that enable Leaguers to build their career at League.
  • Partner with the People team Associates, Talent Managers and People Managers to drive and build the best employee experience and scale our culture.
  • Support hiring planning by working with managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand needs, skill gaps and individual development plans.
  • Work with managers and leaders on all legal, compliance and employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with managers to drive all areas of performance management, ensuring that our performance, progression and pay processes are fair and enable everyone to do their best work.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a People role supporting sales organizations in a high-growth company.
  • An understanding of the unique people challenges in these teams and how to design, develop and implement solutions to address those challenges.
  • The ability to build effective and trusting relationships with employees and leaders and know how to influence and empower them
  • Broad experience in areas such as organization design, employee relations, succession planning and talent development.
  • The ability to balance the needs of the business with the needs of our people and are comfortable raising difficult conversations to navigate this balance.

At League, everyone is welcome. Diversity makes us better, and we believe in building diversity across cultural identity, gender, sexual orientation, age and education, thought and experience.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to working with applicants requesting accommodation at any stage of the hiring process.
