We’re currently looking for a People Operations Coordinator who shares this mission and wants to contribute to our People team as we continue to grow. 


As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll help us make Truebill the best workplace in the world for talented, hard working, mission-driven people. On a day to day basis, you’ll work on projects that help all Truebill team members feel seen, understood, and valued. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations, this position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in people operations at a growing startup! 

In this role, you will: 

People Ops

  • Execute employee onboarding, including verifying I-9s, sending welcome gifts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring that new employees have all the tools and equipment needed to be successful
  • Assist the People Programs Manager with tactical execution of various programs, such as DEI initiatives, Learning and Development programs, Trainings, and more
  • Report on engagement and operational spending on a monthly basis
  • Assist with 30/60/90 day check-ins by scheduling, shadowing, and tracking feedback.


  • Be our engagement ambassador! You’ll create monthly engagement plans, creative team events, surprises for birthdays and anniversaries, team-building activities, etc. to support our hybrid culture
  • Manage logistics for all virtual and in-person events
  • Research and plan all company in person events, including team weeks and offsites 
  • Order and coordinate seasonal company SWAG
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Coordinate and manage team member life cycle and recognition gifts program 
  • Foster and encourage a positive team member experience by ensuring team members have relevant information in a timely manner and encourage events attendance, and adoption of perks and benefits
  • Support employer branding initiatives


  • You have 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
  • You’re known to be a people person. You thrive in a role that allows you to serve others, and you enjoy interacting with people across all levels of the organization.
  • You are comfortable, and have experience, working in a fast-paced high growth environment.
  • You are detail oriented–you double check your work and nothing gets past you.
  • You take ownership, are eager to learn and grow, and have the drive to do so.
  • You truly believe that nothing is beneath you–we are a team and we all jump in to help wherever help is needed!
