The Chief People Officer will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and executing our global people strategy to support our overall business goals and strengthen our great culture. The CPO will oversee our global HR team, managing the areas of people partnering, operations, talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, total rewards, and succession planning. They will provide strategic leadership by communicating with the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement plans and strategies that effectively communicate and support the company’s values and vision while maintaining and enhancing our culture.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive leaders of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company. 
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  • Lead diversity, equity and inclusion strategies for the company, including corporate social responsibility.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership as we expand our presence across the globe and enter new markets.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally. 


  • A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience.
  • Proven experience scaling and maturing the HR function in a rapidly growing global company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
