This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing People team to support our Chief People Officer and our Chief Financial Officer. We’re looking for someone who will drive significant business growth and make an immediate impact through their expertise in organizational design, talent management strategy, and leadership coaching, all while acting as a steward of Gong’s culture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a trusted advisor to our CPO and CFO, to help them and their teams deliver their best work. Build relationships with their senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions for them.
  • Execute a full range of Business Partner activities from high-level strategy to program design to problem-solving.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and People Operations teams to create, implement and deploy people programs.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide people solutions to make teams more effective. Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve engagement, performance, retention, and employee experience.    

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees, particularly at the leadership level.
  • Strong competency within the HR function: succession planning, org design, coaching, recognition programs, talent management, communications, and change management.
