Overview

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, Technical, you will deliver exceptional full-cycle talent acquisition support to Apollo hiring managers.

Description

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, Technical, you will help in building and cultivating our A-team by building a strong talent pipeline and assessing candidate's skills, experiences, and ultimate fit in the organization.

You will be responsible for primary oversight and execution of the Apollo recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and closing the best talent in our markets.

As you collaborate with Department leaders in building the future teams of Apollo and helping teams scale faster, you will be a key member that will have a big impact on the overall success of the company.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience required to apply for this role:

  • Any certification or formal training in full-cycle recruitment is a plus;
  • 4 year degree in psychology, business, computer science
  • At least 5+ years working in-house for tech companies (at least two) with a high-growth context
  • At least 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Previous experience with top tier ATS
  • Has active network in the United States
  • Experience recruiting internationally
