SafeBase makes it easy for software companies to share their security posture and automate access to sensitive compliance information. We are building something big — the world’s first smart trust center — so that customers can build trust and accelerate vendor risk assessment processes with their prospective and current customers.

With just over a year in business, we have 100+ customers, including LinkedIn, Instacart, Jamf, and Mindbody, using SafeBase to speed up their sale cycle by over 7 days and give back 50% of time to InfoSec teams.

We are a Y Combinator backed startup with funding from top tier Silicon Valley VCs. Our founding team comes with 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in the Israeli Defense Forces and two successful exits from prior companies.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead SafeBase’s people function, setting the company up for significant scaling and growth
  • Build teams and processes that allow us to grow, successfully recruit, onboard, train, develop and retain our high performance employees
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape company initiatives based on people and data insights; apply insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on critical HR issues
  • Safeguard company values and culture; enabling inclusion and belonging for all employees
  • Work with leadership to set compensation and benefits policies and strategies for all roles at the company
  • Develop and manage core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation planning, surveys, 360 reviews, workforce planning, employee handbook) and systems (payroll and benefits, internal communications)

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A track record of strategic HR/People leadership success; 2+ years leading an HR team and 5+ years of experience in growth organizations
  • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, recruitment and leadership development
  • Ability to execute on today's challenges while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset about where we'll be six months, a year, and several years from now
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and colleagues at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - you are driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
