Outcomes You Will Drive 

  • Hiring of ideal team players in partnership with hiring managers and recruiters  
  • A community (teammates) of trust, wholeheartedness, and collaboration (you wish Brene Brown was your aunt)
  • Company-wide alignment (e.g. OKRs) and our operating cadence for phenomenal teamwork and team performance  
  • Onboarding so new teammates start out of the blocks faster than Usain Bolt 
  • Purpose, autonomy, and mastery, individual and shared including assessment and development 
  • Context, training, tools, sufficient shared process, etc. for team enablement  
  • culture where every teammate is co-creating a fulfilling experience for all teammates, in partnership with the CEO (who you’ll tell when he screws up)

About You

  • Demonstrated passion for building community 
  • You’re a strategy, teamwork, and execution geek (reading Michael Porter is fun for you) and can contrast the various OKRs approaches      
  • Proven expertise in developing people
  • Intense growth mindset (vs. mitigating teammate weaknesses)   
  • Extraordinary empathy 
  • While you hate being in a slow-moving bureaucracy, you’re obsessed with quality and precision
  • Long to join a culture that’s big on relationships, dignity, flourishing, and winning 

Pluses (not required)

  • You’ve read most of Patrick Lencioni’s books and have years of experience applying his methods 
  • Background including diversity of environments: young companies and/or entrepreneurship, and established companies 
  • Healthcare experience  
  • MBA
