We’re seeking a thoughtful, execution-minded People Ops Lead that values culture and anchors around putting our team first. This role will require the ability to move quickly as we navigate a high-growth period to design and roll out programs that best support our teams from establishing foundational people programs, managing our HR tech stack, focusing on workplace experience, and more. 


  • Shape the overall People Operations strategy by designing, deploying, and optimizing processes and programs centered around People Operations, Team Communications, People/HR Technology & Systems, Workplace Experience, and DE&I
  • Drive our the workplace experience and employee engagement strategy through annual and quarterly surveys used to inform strategies that we’ll roll out as we continue to scale
  • Oversee the People Ops team and support programs including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, policies, performance reviews, engagement, and more
  • Demonstrate expertise in employment issues to drive high integrity employee relations, DE&I, performance management, and conflict resolution strategies

Desired Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience including experiences designing, developing, and leading the execution of people operations strategy
  • Experience building innovative People and Talent strategies that contribute to a high performing culture
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge/experience in the HRBP space a plus
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills; the ability to translate data for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and be successful in a high-growth environment, adapting and adjusting quickly to changing priorities
  • Proven attention to detail, analytical, and data management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable next steps, projects and processes
  • Excellent Google suite skills: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms
