This role will require some travel, and you must be available to be onsite at our Utah office two consecutive days every month.

Leaning heavily on data and analytics, the Vice President of People Analytics maximizes workforce engagement and efficiency. Provides data-driven insights throughout the planning, development, implementation, and administration of the company’s human resources strategies and programs, and employee experience, including onboarding, succession planning, total rewards (compensation/benefits/wellness), recruitment, training, HRIS, leadership development, talent management, diversity & inclusion, HR compliance, performance management and employee relations. Recommends and executes long-term human resources strategies and practices to meet specific business objectives. Helps create HR business processes that comply with regulatory and legal requirements to mitigate risks to the company. Assists senior leadership with strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Job Scope: Assists Chief People Officer with implementing and managing Human Resources programs, personnel, and initiatives related to attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining talent.


  • Evaluates, develops, measures, and reinforces the guiding principles of corporate culture.
  • Leads and guides the strategic Human Resources function by analyzing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compliance, diversity & inclusion, compensation, and benefits global programs.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans and initiatives pertaining to the employee experience.  Aligns HR business processes with the corporate mission and strategic vision. Advises management with respect to key organizational and management issues.
  • Develops strategic communication plans to ensure employees are informed of all the programs and rewards that are available to them as a result of their employment.
  • Assesses and improves the corporate model for succession and career planning. Develops plans to implement succession plans for key business leaders and management. Implements career plans for all levels of associates and ensures that the job hierarchy supports career paths. Trains management on the appropriate use of these tools to help them develop team members.
  • Develops comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans and programs to achieve the human capital needs of strategic goals of the company.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive and competitive total rewards plans (compensation/benefits/wellness) that are cost-effective and aligned with the strategic Human Resources goals and objectives.
  • Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience:

A minimum of ten years of progressively increasing responsibility leading various human resource functions, including at least 5 years in a human resources leadership position is preferred. Experience with Workday platform preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals. Must have excellent time management and decision-making skills and be able to prioritize and organize tasks and projects. Must have expert analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines effectively. Must have proven ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems. Must be able to pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work effectively and collaboratively across various departments to meet goals and deadlines.

Data-driven business executive with exceptional strategic human resources expertise. Strong analytical skills to make impactful decisions on HR, including recruitment and total rewards return on investments. Must demonstrate creativity and innovation for implementing industry leading human resource planning with a demonstrable track record of excellence in driving top line and bottom-line results.

Executing for Results:

Leads by example with a strong bias for action. Must be decisive yet gain perspective and input from others before making key decisions. Must be able to effectively lead the human resources team, set objectives and key results, allocate resources and drive accountability throughout the organization to ensure achievement of results.

Proven leader with a track record of building a fast-moving team driven by outstanding results. Must be a developer of people one who possesses special skills in selecting/training talent, delegating responsibility, motivating, and developing a dynamic environment.

Building Relationships and Using Influence:

Must demonstrate a collaborative approach, openly sharing information and receptive to the ideas of others. Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, be highly articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must operate equally effectively in formal and informal settings and be comfortable challenging conventional wisdom at highest levels of organization, including handling conflict in an objective and constructive way.

Education/ Licensing/Certification:

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of education and/or experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
