We are currently seeking a People Science Associate Analyst to join our People Science Intelligence team in a 12-month contract position.

The People Science Associate Analyst focuses on leveraging data from our Glint product to generate aggregate analytics that support our People Science Consultants and Marketing partners with a steady supply of insights about the changing world of work. Specifically, you will explore the evolving science of work across 950+ companies, from medium-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Your work will help ensure our product, services, and points-of-view on workplace issues remains fresh, modern, and credible. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to influence and contribute to decisions about what insights and topics we should prioritize.

Please note this role is a 12-month contract position.


  • Support the daily execution of ad-hoc insights projects that are requested by internal stakeholders across Marketing and People Science, focusing on topical issues faced by the global workforce.
  • Generate insights summaries and related materials (e.g., slides or write-ups) that present the insights for audiences of various technical backgrounds (ranging from highly-technical data scientists to completely nontechnical stakeholders)
  • Learn how to use and maintain the master repository of People Science insights
  • Automate and/or package your analysis code in a reproducible, modifiable manner that supports re-use and massive scale.
  • Proactively communicate progress, milestones and challenges to the insights stakeholders.
  • Regularly identify and implement improvements that increase the efficiency of our insights operations and project management .
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and maintain necessary controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy, business functionality, and compliance with privacy and security policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, or a data-centric social science discipline (e.g., I-O Psychology, Organizational Behavior)
  • Fluency in either R or Python (as demonstrated through analytics exercise)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience querying and analyzing structured data using SQL
  • Ability to run a range of statistical methods including relational approaches (e.g., correlations), multivariate statistics (e.g., regression), and general awareness of more advanced methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • A passion for solving problems typical of people analytics projects – all in service of improving the global workplace.
  • Positive, authentic, connected, and transformative mindset about work
  • Knowledge of best practices in data structure and management
  • Master’s degree or higher in a discipline with a strong organizational research focus, such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Management.
