Talkiatry is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a Head of People to lead a strategic approach to culture, colleague engagement, organizational design, rewards and recognition and learning and development.

As Head of People, you are a steward of our culture. You will monitor the pulse of our rapidly growing organization and bring innovative solutions that engage our workforce. The Head of People evaluates people strategy across the enterprise with focus on driving best practice across five key strategic people functions, including 1) culture and engagement, 2) organizational design, 3) compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition strategy, 4) performance management, 5) learning and development.

In this role, you will act as an advisor and coach to our leadership team assuring, we live our core values through our actions and by consistent communication.

Essential Functions:

  • Culture and organizational design subject matter expert; immersed in latest thinking, solutions, and best practices.
  • Develops a strategic approach for compensation, rewards and recognition, and performance management to attract and retain the best talent
  • Instills a culture of learning and development. Grounds recommendation in data, identifies skills and competency gaps.
  • Talented coach and builder of leaders.
  • Employee engagement expert. Understands and has used Net Promotor Score or similar methodology to measure and guide employee engagement initiatives
  • Continuous improvement and systems thinker. You champion or develop the systems and dashboards required to monitor culture and people operations
  • Expertly navigates a matrixed organization. Ability to lead or coach the enterprise, departments and individuals through rapid change using best practice change management tools
  • Superior listening, communication, and collaboration skills. You seek to understand first and collaborate with functional and executive leaders to create solutions and solve problems.
  • High integrity. You represent Talkiatry’s mission, vision, and values with infectious enthusiasm.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master of Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Public Health degree preferred.
  • Full spectrum of people operations experience with several years in a Chief of or Head of People role. Bonus if you have worked in high-growth startup.
