Our People Operations team supports the smooth execution of our plans and goals and enhances collaboration within our global team. We aim to make things easy and intuitive for our employees, designing people-focused solutions from end to end. We lead the People team operational projects in our offices worldwide.

You are:

A professional with 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing HR or operations functions across multiple sites in a technology-driven company. Your leadership skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement processes and routines. You get things done while maintaining a great team spirit. You’re a collaborator by nature, highly motivated, analytical, organized, and methodical. You embrace changes, know how to navigate through uncertainty, and are able to come up with solutions that benefit our strategy.

You know how to think through E2E solutions to improve processes. Managing projects and seeing things through comes easily to you. You’re good at building relationships, working with teams cross-functionally, and can take initiative and work independently. You can juggle multiple projects with various groups and vendors in various locations. You’re an innovator when it comes to developing methods and automating manual processes.

As a People Operations Manager, you will:

  • Build People programs and/or products to improve the way we do things at a fast-growing tech company
  • Recognize gaps in our daily routine and build better processes to improve People team practices and employee experience
  • Lead cross-functional operational projects across multiple U.S. sites and be a part of global projects
  • Drive the People team roadmap execution in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Develop data-driven solutions focused on improving operational efficiencies

While the U.S. Wix team is WFH during Covid-19, at this time we are seeking NYC-based candidates who are able and willing to work on-site once we return to the office, in a hybrid work model.
