The Manager, Talent Acquisition Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will focus on Tiffany’s Talent Pillar of the DEI Strategy to expand our diverse workforce and build competencies to deliver for our business, our clients and communities. They will identify and recruit the best workforce by embedding best practice DEI approaches into Global Talent Acquisition.


DEI Strategy and Recruitment Initiatives

  • Partner with Director, Global Talent Acquisition to develop diversity recruiting strategies, programs and partnerships to support the talent pillar of Tiffany’s enterprise-wide DEI strategy.
  • Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to achieve DEI focused objectives based on Tiffany and LVMH priorities and goals.
  • Support employer branding efforts from a DEI perspective. Lend sourcing support and recommend new recruiting approaches that look beyond applications and career sites, to find and engage the best talent in the market for current needs and long-term pipelining.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to monitor progress, identify areas of opportunity and optimize the effectiveness of DEI Talent Acquisition programs and partnerships
  • Drive the recruitment for key roles with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Diversity and Inclusion Communication, Outreach and Sourcing (Internal and External)

  • Cultivate collaborative internal and external relationships and leverage current network to advance Tiffany's Sustainability Goals and DEI priorities (i.e., target universities, community organizations, professional associations and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Partner with key stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Employee Resource Groups, Business Leaders) to support equitable and inclusive hiring by building a diverse network to support Tiffany and Company’s long-term growth and resulting in a diverse pipeline of candidates/networks.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, universities and organizations to enable success in diverse talent attraction. 
  • Further develop outreach strategy for priority cities by cultivating first-hand knowledge of diverse organizations in key markets and developing best practices in engaging those organizations.
  • Represent Tiffany at various job fairs, campus events and conferences
  • Develop and execute strategy with inclusive approach and participation from ERGs and areas of the business that relate to priorities, growth and initiatives for the future.
  • Partner with Director, Global Talent Acquisition, DEI, Internal Communications, Global Public Relations and Global Marketing to develop collateral and branding that appropriately supports Tiffany’s diversity outreach to both external and internal audiences and markets. 

Tiffany Internship Program

  • Partner with Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on program development, communication, recruitment marketing and recruitment initiatives for the Tiffany Internship Program.  
  • Lead Tiffany Internship Program 

Influencing, Partnership and Execution

  • Partner with DEI, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition partners (globally and LVMH) and business leaders to understand their diversity opportunities for their divisions, departments and recommend/develop programs to address those priorities.
  • Identify key skills and experiences for successful performance that can be developed by leveraging adjacent skills to broaden talent pool. 
  • Provide hiring managers, interview teams and talent acquisition teams with consultation on DEI recruitment best practices to ensure an objective and equitable hiring process.


  • A minimum of 5 years working in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Previous campus recruiting and large-scale program recruiting experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years managing diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience in successfully building and measuring DEI recruiting programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in partnering with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience designing and developing DEI talent acquisition initiatives with demonstrated success in creating diverse pipeline strategies and recruiting plans
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating productive diversity partnerships with talent providers, community organizations, professional associations, and educational institutions.
  • Must be a team player with strong, diplomatic, positive influencing skills and with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Must be organized, self-starter and possess analytical rigor. 
  • Preferred qualifications include experience working in a matrixed organization and global work experience or experience working for a global organization with diverse hiring needs.
