We are partnering with a market-leading VC-backed technology business that is changing the way that customers build systems and platforms with low code innovation. Reporting into the CEO, as the newly appointed Chief People Officer hire, you will define and implement the people strategy as they look to double the headcount for the second year in a row.
With a globally dispersed headcount of c.130 currently, the business plans to grow to 250 and beyond next year. Inheriting a small and high performing team, you will bring with you experience of scaling from series B to series C and beyond. You will lead through this next phase of growth whilst focusing on longer term growth initiatives too. Operating across the US, UK and Ireland, Latin America with likely expansion to other locations, you will be part of the senior leadership team, continually evolving and embedding culture and values. You will also be responsible for building a highly capable HR function including talent acquisition strategy and execution, employee retention strategy and for developing the future compensation strategy.
Reporting into the CEO and working in conjunction with the C-suite, you will develop and implement a coaching culture, starting with the C-suite and simultaneously bringing structure, governance and best practice processes to the people function and building your team to deliver the people strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in scaling high-growth, global technology organisations. You will be obsessed with tech, passionate about their innovative proposition and you will be data-led in your decision making.
