Chief People Officer, SVP
As our Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer, you will shape the future of Human Capital (Human Resources and Learning & Development) by establishing and implementing innovative human capital strategies that support the achievement of the credit union’s goals and objectives.
You will report directly to the CEO and will serve as an active member of the Senior Management Team (SMT). You will provide valuable information and perspective to help effectively shape credit union strategic initiatives by participating in Board meetings, Committees, and delivering presentations on human capital issues to Board members as necessary.
Every day we will rely on you to provide leadership and guidance to the Human Capital team through overseeing talent management, total rewards, and learning & development. You will lead and execute a people-first strategy and experience, nurture and shape an inclusive cultural strategy, and sustain and evolve a successful Work from Anywhere initiative.
In order to be successful in this position, you must have strategic experience in Human Capital management with a strong working knowledge of employment and benefit laws and regulations. You must have a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions, processes, programs, and policies. Also required is superior leadership presence, with a proven ability to inspire trust and followership across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required in order to provide effective conflict resolution and coaching across the organization; effectively summarize and convey difficult and detailed topics to senior leadership; and build consensus and trust around improvement initiatives.
