First Account Executive For B2B SaaS Marketplace (Remote)

SelectSoftware Reviews is looking to hire our first Account Executive to grow and manage our customer base.
Each month over 35,000 Human Resource professionals use our research to find and buy the right software for their business. We are essentially the "NerdWallet / Wirecutter for HR Tech."
The ideal candidate has been in an inside sales or account management role previously, and either knows the HR Tech or B2B marketing world.
Your job will be to help grow our revenues through new sales, as well as manage existing customer relationships:
- Develop inbound leads into new customers
- Prospect new customers through cold outreach (phone, email)
- Run demos of our product for prospects
- Answer questions for existing customers
Our Founder has thus far won all of our new business, and has a sales background. You'll work closely with him to understand our product, our industry, and how to help customers.
We've almost never lost a customer, and have a nearly 300% net negative revenue churn rate. We have spent around 10% of a full time employee's time on sales, and are looking for someone to ramp what's working while entrepreneurially figuring our new opportunities.
The ideal candidate:

• You are a fast learner and don't mind taking on new responsibilities
• You are coachable and adapt after feedback
• You are analytical and ROI focused with every effort
• You are creative with sales strategies and messaging
• You have a long track record of excelling (school, work, athletics, etc)
